WEDDING RECEPTIONS
To host a wedding reception at Evansville Country Club you must be a member, or sponsored by a member of ECC.  We require a $1000.00 non-refundable deposit and a signed wedding contract at the time of booking the event.  Non member receptions (sponsored) must pay a $2000.00 facility rental fee in addition to the deposit.  We also require a member sponsor letter at the time of booking.  We will email you a packet of information to complete and fax back to us when you are ready to commit to a date.
